Internet access for students

Bostäder in Borås and splitvision offers internet access via Sunet for you living in a student apartment owned by Bostäder in Borås. This means that you will have access to a high speed internet that is included in your rent.

Speed

Speed of the access will be up to 100 Mbit/s.

Log in

No log in credentials is needed. You will access internet once you open your browser, as long as you have connected your network cable between you network socket, or mediabox. If there is a mediabox installed in your apartment, you will find it as a small box placed on the wall. If you wish to use WiFi you need to buy a router and connect it to you network socket (or mediabox). You can buy these at your local home electronics retailer.
