Translation of notice of termination

Vi bekräftar mottagande av Er uppsägning enligt ovan.
Lägenheten kommer att besiktigas den ………….. Om ingen är hemma då kommer vi att gå in med huvudnyckel. Tillåter Ni ej detta måste Ni omgående kontakta besiktningsmannen.
När lägenheten och övriga förhyrda utrymmen är väl städade, ska Ni anmäla detta till bovärden och boka tid för gemensam städbesiktning. Alla av hyresvärden utlämnade nycklar skall därvid återlämnas till bovärden. I annat fall måste låscylinder bytas på er bekostnad. Cylindrar och nycklar är dock fortfarande hyresvärdens egendom. Vi vill också påminna om att Ni som hyresgäst är skyldig att låta visa lägenheten på lämplig tid för blivande hyresgäster.

Inspection of flat will be carried out on the …………. If there is nobody at home we will let ourselves in. If this is not acceptable to you, you are required to contact the inspector.
When the flat and other premises to which the tenant has access are cleaned you are asked to report this to the landlord contact person and book an appointment for inspection of the cleaning. All keys to the flat are then to be returned to the landlord or else the tenant is liable to pay for a change of locks. Old keys and locks will nevertheless remain the landlord’s property. The tenant is obliged to show the flat to prospective new tenants.
