Simonsland is located in one of the most central parts of Borås, next to University of Borås, Textile Fashion Center and five minutes to everything else. It has three buildings with 160 apartments, from 20m2 up to 48m2. All the buildings are made like low-energy houses with a energy performance of approximately 50KwH per m2 and year. In house ONE, at Viskastrandsgatan 4, you can find the laundryrooms at floor 1,3 and 5. They contain a washingmachine, dryer and drying cabinet. Some apartments on the bottom floor have a patio next to the river Viskan, and access to a barbecue area. Other apartments have a french balcony. If you need some extra storage you can find it on floor 2,4 and 6. Please contact us for more information. In house TWO and THREE you have access to washer and dryer inside your apartment, and some balconys are placed above Viskan.
